Residents of the apartment homes in the Lodge
at Quail Park enjoy their choice of two nutritious
meals daily in any of our dining rooms. For our
residents in the Cottage homes at Quail Park rent
includes one meal each day although additional
meal packages are available. Included in each
residents monthly rent are weekly housekeeping
including linens, emergency call system, Life
Enhancement (Activities) Program, scheduled transportation,
all utilities (except telephone), basic cable
TV, complimentary laundry facilities, the on-site
Wellness Center and Fitness room, and much more!

Independent or Supportive Assisted Living in two
bedroom, one bedroom, and studio appartment units.
The Lodge offers more levels
of assisted care, the cost of each level of care*
is based on a resident’s individual assessment
provided by the professional staff at Quail Park.
The Cottage at Quail Park are
reserved for the Independent Senior who desires
the amenities of retirement living in a private
yet secure setting.
Memory
Support Care Program in The Laurel Court at Quail
Park: A safe, secure and supportive environment
in a separate building with private suites for
residents with Alzheimer’s and related dementia.
The Laurel Court offers three levels of assisted
care. The cost of each level of care* is based
on each resident’s individual assessment
by our professional Quail Park staff.
Personal
Concierge Services such as pet sitting,
medical escorts and personal driving are available
upon request. Fees for concierge services are
based on service and frequency provided. Speak
with a Quail Park Concierge for details.
Respite
Care - Short Stay Services in The
Lodge or in The Laurel Court
(dementia care) at Quail Park are dependent on
unit availability. Rates are based on an individual
assessment of service need.
